We collect waffle orders, not dossiers

What this site collects

This website is a static site. It uses Google Analytics to count visits and taps on the order, call and directions links, and Google may set cookies in your browser to do that; see how Google uses information from sites that use its services. We use no other trackers. If you submit the contact or employment form, the information you type (name, email, message, and optional phone/links) is emailed to us at team@offthewaffle.com and used only to reply to you.

Online orders and gift cards

Ordering and gift cards are handled by Square, Inc. on their own sites (offthewaffle.square.site and squareup.com). Payment details go to Square, not to us; Square's own privacy policy applies there.

Text messages

If you text us, ask for a text during a call, or work with us and agree to receive shift texts, we use your phone number only to reply and to send the messages you asked for. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. We do not sell your mobile number, and we do not share it or your text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Hosting

The site is served by Cloudflare, which processes standard server logs (IP address, user agent) to deliver pages and prevent abuse.
