Half the table wants strawberries and whipped cream, half wants eggs and bacon. A Liège waffle base handles both — that's why brunch is our natural habitat.

Walk in whenever the morning takes you — and because we’re open every day, Tuesday brunch is a real thing here.
Our ingredients
All of our produce is organic. Every bit of it.
It's how we've bought fruit and vegetables since the day we opened. And wherever we can reasonably source organic beyond the produce, we do.
- All produce organic, without exception — the strawberries, bananas, apples, pears, avocado and basil on your waffle.
- Organic eggs on the waffles — every sunny side up egg we serve on a waffle is organic and farm-fresh.
- Organic drumsticks on the Chicken & Waffles. Always.
- Organic coffee — Sumatra beans roasted in Eugene by Caffè Pacori.
- Nitrite/nitrate-free bacon, real maple syrup, and Belgian pearl sugar imported from Belgium.

Do you serve brunch on weekdays?
Yes — the full menu runs 8am–2pm every day of the week. Weekday brunch, no crowds.
Do you take brunch reservations?
No reservations needed — order at the register and we bring everything to your table. Groups are welcome; weekday mornings are the calmest.
Do you serve mimosas or alcohol?
No — we keep it to organic coffee, cold brew and loose-leaf tea. Our brunch is about the waffles.
What’s the best brunch dish for a first visit?
Goat In The Headlights if you're savory, Strawberries & Cream if you're sweet — or start with one plain Original Liège waffle ($4.50) to understand what the fuss is about.
