Off The Waffle Order online

Portland, we remember you too

Looking for Off The Waffle in Portland?

For several years we ran two Portland shops — including our spot on SE Division — and Portland showed up for Liège waffles in a way we'll never forget. That chapter closed, and we consolidated back where it all began: Eugene.

The waffles you remember are still made the same way — the same yeasted dough, the same imported Belgian pearl sugar, the same cast irons. There's just one address now: 840 Willamette Street, downtown Eugene, open every single day from 8am to 2pm.

Make it a pilgrimage

Eugene is 110 miles down I-5 — about an hour and forty minutes. Come down for a Saturday: waffles at ours, the Saturday Market two blocks away, and a six-pack of frozen Liège waffles in a cooler for the drive home. They reheat in your oven in four minutes and they're honestly excellent.

If you make it down, tell us you knew us from Division Street. That still means something here.

Same irons, same recipe

The recipe never left. It just lives in Eugene now.

Every waffle is still made from yeasted dough and Belgian pearl sugar — the way you had it on Division, the way Liège has done it for two centuries.
